The customer had a supply line burst, luckily she was in the area when it happened. We were called out to do water extraction, set up drying equipment to begin decreasing moisture, and also moisture map affected rooms for insurance purposes. We helped the customer open a claim and got her covered for mitigation and reconstruction.
